Hi, I’m Mandisa and welcome to Mandi Joy!
I’m a Holistic Health Coach, Advanced Yoga Instructor, and someone who has been living with MS for over a decade. Through my own healing journey, I’ve learned firsthand the power of holistic living and how reconnecting with the body, mind, and spirit can transform your entire life.
With a background in holistic health coaching and over 8 years of experience in teaching yoga, I guide others through transformative practices rooted in mindful movement and intentional living. I am also a proud MS Ambassador with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, where I support and advocate for those living with MS through education, mindfulness, and community connection.
At Mandi Joy, I offer personalized, whole-person support that blends holistic health strategies, intuitive guidance, and movement practices.
