I’m a Holistic Health Coach, Advanced Yoga Instructor, and someone who has been living with MS for over a decade. Through my own healing journey, I’ve learned firsthand the power of holistic living and how reconnecting with the body, mind, and spirit can transform your entire life.
For the past 7 years, I’ve supported others as a certified Holistic Health Coach, and for over 8 years, I’ve shared the transformative practices of yoga and mindful movement. My work is grounded in lived experience, deep compassion, and a heartfelt belief that healing is possible for everyone no matter where you begin.
